                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A
                   PROPOSAL FROM JOHN C. HALL AND AUTHORIZING
                   THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY
                   AGREEMENTS RELATIVE TO A LEGAL REVIEW OF THE
                   CITY OF CHATTANOOGA'S COMBINED SEWER
                   OVERFLOW DISCHARGE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR
                   AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($15,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of a proposal from John C. Hall and that the Mayor be
       and is hereby authorized to execute any necessary agreements
       relative to a legal review of the City of Chattanooga's Combined
       Sewer Overflow (CSO) Discharge Permit Applications and overall
       strategy for CSO correction for an amount not to exceed
       $15,000.00.
